Servidor Web PACS Dicom em Python

I am looking to build a Server Web PACS Dicom in Python with MySQL as the database engine and Basic Authentication. This application will be hosted on Hostinger VPS Linux. I'm looking for a programmer who is familiar with Python and has experience with technology like Cloud Platforms. The Web Server should be able to communicate securely using the Dicom protocol. All of the data will be stored by MySQL. It should also have basic authentication as a security measure. The programmer should bring the necessary expertise to the project and should be proficient in customizing the server to my exact needs. I'm looking forward to working with a reliable coder who can handle this project.
