ServiceNow-Jira Integration Specialist

I need assistance with integrating Jira updates back into ServiceNow.

Key requirements:
- Status updates: Open to In Progress, In Progress to Resolved, Resolved to Closed
- Comment updates: New comments, Edited comments, Deleted comments
- Issue assignments need to be reflected as well

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in both ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience with API integrations
- Strong background in workflow automation
