Service tech app

I need you to develop some software for me. I need this code canyon app configured for my needs is that possible ? I’d like it so that anybody can book a tech but if possible I’d also like to add my manual appointments for my techs. I would also like to have different portals for my corporate customers vs residential customers etc. I’m open to ideas to make it simple and easy to navigate.
