Server Based Data Mining Project Development

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me with a server-based data mining project. Specifically, I am interested in mining social media data to conduct competitor analysis. As for programming language, I have no preference.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in data mining and analysis
- Experience with social media data mining
- Knowledge of competitor analysis techniques
- Familiarity with Python or R (preferred but not required)
