Sentimental Audio Analysis

I need a python/ C#/ any technical language-based code which will understand and classify people's emotions from their speech patterns and responses to emotional cues. The factors needed to identify are a person’s pitch of the voice, pause taken while talking, the accuracy of the speech, and the level of confidence he has while talking.

It should be a Natual Language-Based (NLP) program that should train itself from any recording of a voice and provide the output.
