Sentiment Analysis

Need to develop a Natural Language processing script (in python)that can be used for sentimental analysis that helps in buying and selling of a stock. The source to be : Twitter as of now, but the scope can be expanded to other apps in future. I will also offer a course at Coursera to the programmer for guidance if needed.
