Senior Software Developer: R

Refactor statistical tests from an open source repository that has a server based GUI into their raw components that can be run independently on the command line. We would like to eliminate the complexity of the server and reduce each test to a set of functions with documented arguments for all data inputs that we will access from our geospatial pipeline.

What we’re looking to do at a high level
We are a non-profit organization building a pipeline that can detect healthcare infrastructure needs globally and use that to help governments and volunteers to identify underserved areas. Our data pipeline is built in python and completing it necessitates command line integration with the Accessmod module.
