Senior Python developer to replicate an API to Postgres

I want to replicate an API into Postgres in the fastest way possible. The ideal candidate will be able to look at the requirements and will be able to quickly create the API.
There is an Odata API of real estate data that I have to replicate so that I can give my users access to the data. I can't hit the API in real time. So it's an ETL into postgress and then I have to setup a chron job, Do you want to chat more ? Thanks,
