We are looking for an experienced Senior Python, AI, Full Stack Software Engineer to lead a high-impact project remotely. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to assemble and guide a team of developers. You'll work full-time (9 AM - 5 PM EST) and play a key role in shaping the success of a large-scale initiative.
This is a remote position open to applicants from India, Pakistan, and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Python and AI technologies.
- Lead the technical planning, architecture, and execution of a large-scale project.
- Conduct technical interviews to recruit and onboard additional developers for the team.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong portfolio of applied projects.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, AI, and full-stack development.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, evaluate, and manage developers.
- Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' skills.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
