Senior Python Flask / React JS Developer for Deployment of Testing Application

This project requires a senior Python Flask / React JS engineer to deploy and fix any bugs with a testing application used to screen people applying for a job - it is like an IQ test. The last time a developer pushed code to this was about 18 months ago and I don't have contact anymore with that developer. There are five versions of the test in the code base that I am attaching. There is a lot going on if you are not proficient with both Python Flask and React JS you won't be able to figure out what's going on. The job will be to redeploy this on a new domain, we will rebrand the company name currently used.
To complete the project you would deploy and rebrand the application on a new domain. Then I will ask you to verify certain features are working 1 by 1 until everything is QA'd. I am anticipating a lot of people will apply to this post. If you are interested in the job, you must demonstrate that you are skilled in these frameworks and look at the codebase first. Verify you understand what is going on and can actually do the job. If you have not done this then I won't be able to speak to you much sorry!
