Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and applications.
Implement and manage APIs, integrating third-party services as necessary.
Create and manage databases, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.
Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and offer technical leadership to junior developers.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale applications in production.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously look for ways to improve the software development process.
Participate in Agile development cycles, providing estimates and delivering features within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
6+ years of experience as a Python developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), with hands-on experience in database design and optimization.
Expertise in RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, etc.).
