I am in need of a seasoned developer who can conduct both technical and behavioral interviews. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and be located in Iran or Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, and Django.
- Conducting behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates' teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as their problem-solving abilities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a senior developer.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Python, Java, and Django.
- Strong understanding and ability to assess teamwork and problem-solving skills.
