Sending one message to multiple telegram user AVOIDING peer flooding error

need a robust script to avoid "Getting Flood Error" when sending messages from scrapped users list.
1) same message sent to all users, one by one, with all limit/daily to avoid the flooding ban
2) message will be sent from my telegram account
3) users are into a list, they are scrapped with my telegram account and hashed correctly.
