Semi Supervised Machine Learning Project

I have a financial dataset which comprises some features and a target variable having continuous values. So, my problem is a regression problem. In this target variable which is a dependent variable, there are missing values. I want to apply semi supervised machine learning approaches (including semi supervised deep learning approaches) in Python to fill those missing values.
