Semantic segmentation using Deeplab on custom dataset

The custom dataset structure is ready replicating the pascal voc 2012 dataset. Need to follow the model implementation as in https://github.com/tensorflow/models/tree/master/research/deeplab. So the task is to train the model with pretrained weights and convert to tflite model.
