Selenium WebDriver /Python - Twitter/Instagram Follower Script

I need Selenium WebDriver/Python script with the following functions for instagram and twitter:
Compatible with Google Chrome
Multi-Session (should be able to run twitter and instagram at the same time)
Multi-Platform (Windows and Linux with GUI)
Must support twitter/instagram 2FA login if required
Save and load your configurations automatically
Automatically stops when you reached the limit you set
Automatically save the accounts requested and do not request them again
Real time logs
Real time Likes / Comment / Follow / Unfollow / Tweet / Retweet counts

Actions:
-Limits are to be set per account per a day and actions are to be randomised
-Actions should only be run at certain times of the day, must be able to specify these times
-Minimum time range to be set before next action
-Actions for instagram, like, follow (based on loaded users csv and hashtag searches), comment based off csv file
-Actions for twitter, retweet like, follow (based on loaded users csv and hashtag searches) comment based off file
-Additional randomised actions to mimic user behavious, click links in bios, watch videos etc, visit google.com, youtube.com, yahoo.com run a random search> visit the first link> then go back to instagram/or twitter
- Must be able to save state on CSV files

We should be able to set limits for each actions to perform as a total actions to perform based on total limit.
