Selenium Script API for Facebook Posting

I require a script that leverages Selenium to automate text and image postings across different segments of Facebook: personal account, a business page or Facebook groups I'm not the admin of. The script, to be written in Python, should be deployable on Heroku to avoid local machine usage and needs to be accessible as an API.

It should be available as an API which I can sent the following parameters to:
- facebook email address
- facebook password
- text (for the post)
- image as a file (for the post, this should be an optional field)
- url for the personal account to post on (optional field)
- url for the business account to post on (optional field)
- url(s) for the groups to post in (can be one or multiple - optional field)

The API should return a success or failure message with details as to what was successfully posted and what failed

Key Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python coding
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Familiarity with Facebook's posting rules and limits
- Knowledge of Heroku deployment
- API development skills
