Selenium Post and Get request

I want to ask someone who is experienced with Selenium and Python to create two examples, of how to do a post and get request to a website that has a login process. I have figured out how to log into a website using Selenium however still need to figure out how to do do a post and get request.
For anyone who knows what I am asking for this should be a very simple project. If you are not familiar with what I am asking please do not respond. I will not entertain a conversation with anyone who ask me what the project is about or someone who want to renegotiate the project price.
