I'm in need of an advanced Zendesk expert virtual assistant, proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Python to assist in:
- Creation of custom fields and workflows in Zendesk
- Set up systems for automatic customer support responses
- Streamline ways to prioritize support tickets differently
Your responsibilities will include implementing strategies for automatic ticket assignment based on different categories, as well as installing automated follow-up emails triggered by certain actions.
Please, when applying, demonstrate your Zendesk proficiency and showcase previous experience with coding in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Python. Similarly, examples demonstrating high proficiency in automating processes and creating workflows will be highly favored. Efficiency, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are among the skills I'm seeking for this project.
This will be hourly job, and can expect to work about 30 hours/week between 11am-5pm EST.
