Seeking Dedicated Fullstack Developer for Long-Term Partnership (Remote, Germany Time Zone)

We are a dynamic team looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer to join us in a long-term collaboration. We aim to establish a strong partnership with a professional who is committed to helping us develop and maintain various projects. Our initial budget is €2,000 per month for the first three months, with the potential for growth based on performance and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Project Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining an existing project, which includes a Python-based web scraper and MongoDB. This task primarily involves small-scale bug fixing, estimated at 1-5 instances per month.
Development of an Inventory Management System: You will lead the development of a new inventory management system. This project requires proficiency in JavaScript, Python, MongoDB, UI/UX design, and knowledge of the eBay API. The system will automate product listings across multiple channels with the following priorities:
1st Priority: eBay
2nd Priority: eBay Kleinanzeigen
3rd Priority: Amazon
4th Priority: Kaufland.de
5th Priority: Otto.de
Requirements:
Proven experience in Fullstack development, specifically with JavaScript, Python, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Experience with eBay API and multi-channel retail systems is highly advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with a high work ethic.
Desire to engage in a long-term partnership, as we are not interested in short-term collaborations.
Availability during German business hours.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
Willingness to communicate via WhatsApp for project coordination.
