Script to monitor free slots and record

I need a script that can continuously monitor a specific site for free slots. This site use capture. I would like the script to run continuously, without stopping (using third-party services with recapture). The script should be able to record all the free slots it finds. For that - script takes previously prepared logins and passwords. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with Python and web scraping. They should also be familiar with creating scripts that can run continuously.

At the end freelancer gives me open source files and don't sell this script to someone else
