Script for Autohotkey or any other hot key program for Outlook -- 3

I need a script that would help me to categorize incoming emails in outlook, the problem is there is another person on the email box, who is remarking my categorize code, using his categorize code at the time of me marking emails, i need a script that would deny any other person action on current incoming email marked by me.
