Script/Bot to vote in websites Coinhunt.cc and Coinsniper.net

We are looking for a python expert who can develop an script/bot that can vote non-stop in Coinhunt.cc and coinsniper.net.
Coinhunt.cc allows one vote each 24h per IP. So it needs proxies. Can be coded to use a .txt file that contains the proxy list or use a rotation proxy service. If it needs a rotation proxy service, develeoper has to provide us the best option so we don't have to look around for a service that fits the script.
Coinsniper.net allows one vote each 24h per IP. Moreover, it requires to login so the script should be divided in 2 parts. One that creates thousands of accounts. Another one that uses those accounts with the same proxy system as Coinhunt to vote.
Take into account that with one IP you can vote multiple coins and proxies can be used in both sites. It is also really important that, if the script finds that the IP has already been used to vote, skips the vote and moves to the next IP. If it tries to vote with one already used IP, votes decrease.
It would be awesome to be able to run those scripts in VPS so we can run a lot of them at the same time. The person we hire needs to choose the best plan (cheap enoguh so its profitable) and make sure they work properly.
