Scraping a Website using python and it's libraries

Hey, I'm looking for an expert who can scrap a webpage for me. The webpage URL: https://screener.in/company/TCS/
You will need to log in to two accounts, one at a time using a scraper. I will provide credentials for it. When you log in you will get a webpage similar to login1 & login2.
You need to extract data present in l1(from 1st id) & l2(from the second id) from the webpage then put them in excel in a single row, Similar to excel.png. Where the left part becomes the column name and the right becomes that column data. Get the data required from both logins and merge them together in a single row.
I would need the source code and the CSV file.
The budget can be negotiated. Looking forward to a genuine rate.
