Scraping Spanish Court Cases Data

I need a web scraper expert to collect law-related datasets and up-to-date information on Spanish court cases. Cendoj is the web I'm aiming for.
Key Requirements:
- Scrape case summaries, court decisions, and legal references and citations, basically everything the Cendoj web has to offer.
- Capability to scrape and interpret court cases published in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
- Ability to export scraped data in common formats such as JSON and CSV.
- Develop an automation mechanism to regularly update scraped data.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web scraping tools and languages (Python, Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, preferably with legal datasets.
The scraped data will be used for making a specialized Chatbot lawyer assistant. The data should be updated daily.
