Scraping Odds from Bodog

I'm looking for a developer who can use python to scrape https://www.bodog.eu/sports/ufc-mma and upload the odds to a Google Spreadsheet, and then update those odds on the spreadsheet whenever the odds change. The script should use rotating IP addresses so as to avoid being blocked by the website.
