Need to scrape Telegram messages from groups. High level scope - There are stock calls posted in different groups in the telegram. Need to consolidate them and then see which stock names are repeated across the groups.

There are repeated messages/text in multiple groups which gets posted, need to scrape the text and consolidate them.
