Scraper / Event Scheduler / Poster python mysql

I am looking for a professional who can help with data scraping, scheduling events and posting content.

Create profile scraper for city

Go to instagram / linkedin and find profiles of students in a given city
Insert them into a db using python mysql
Create a script to automate this process use selenium

Event Creator for a given city
Randomly create a given event type from predefined list (i will provide)
Assign random date / time to event (i have script to give you)
Assign a random host
Assign a rsvp list select from random fake profiles
Use python mysql to automate this process once a day

Event Message Poster
Randomly choose an event you created in the previous section
Randomly choose a fake profile
Post a random message with mysql insert into an event group chat
Choose random message from predefined list

Deliverable
Python script that will automate the above three sections. Script should run once a day.
