Scrape sports results

I need someone with Python skill to scrap a website flashscore for results for a single page. The solution must be generic to accept any url and scrape all data for each team for each quarter including overtime. The expectation is one row per game with 10 columns for team/quarter score.
Output into SQL database using SQL auth.
