Scrape openweb comments from news.yahoo.com articles and other publisher domain articles

I need a python script that will dynamically find publisher ID and article ID using selenium or something like it and then use that data to call openweb.com api to scrape comments.
It must parse the HTML, followed by javascript, followed by network interception to find the parameters required to make the API call. A python script would handle taking in any article URL where openweb.com widget is and then scrape the parameters to make the API call to fetch the comments.
This is at least 3 days full of work, please don't apply if you aren't interested as the budget is actual.
