Scrape data and integrate it into our website plus a revamp of the front end
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Put basically I want to scrape cars from www.bca.co.uk and place them on our website www.ukcarimports.ie. I would like the scrapers to be written in python to replace the current PHP scraped database on the website.
Integration of the scraped database is essential to the task.
This integration will require feeding the data through an algorithm we use to calculate tax known as VRT. This algorithm is already in place.
The current API/scrapes back end i believe are written in PHP
The vehicle data should be presented as per the attached screenshot
As well as this I need the front end updated - the visuals from the current html5/react content to a previous iteration of the website from 2018 https://web.archive.org/web/20171114231107/https:/ukcarimports.ie/
The reason being I am going from a website that mediates car sales from garages to one that mediates car purchases from auctions
