Scrape data from a website using python and display that data using Django

This is the website I want to retrieve data from: https://apps5.mineco.gob.pe/transparencia/Navegador/default.aspx (If you do not live in Peru or the US you have to use a VPN to access this website) Follow these steps to find the data I want to display: https://luya.blob.core.windows.net/test/scrape.webm I want to scrape that data in real time and display it in a website built in Django.
