Scrape data from gem.gov.in and add to Odoo leads

My organization uses Odoo CRM. We sell laptops, desktops, CCTV to government entities. https://gem.gov.in is the website where enquiries are posted by Government entities, we would like to have script to scrape data from there for above 3 product categories and list them in our Odoo CRM as leads.
