Scrape a JavaScript website using Selenium & undetected_chromedriver in Python

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me scrape a JavaScript website using Selenium and undetected_chromedriver in Python. The specific data I need to scrape is text. The scraper only needs to run once, and the output should be in CSV format. I will be taking this script and running it continuously in AWS along with additional sub-programs I am writing.
