School Grades Registry (Similar to F-137) - Philippines
would like to have a web and mobile app application
Any front end, back end preferably should be in Python, Database would be PostGreSQL).
It should be accessible both online and offline (can save the entry and once online will sync to the server).
Teachers can signon/logon from everywhere (Both Web and App base).
Enter the Personal details, School related records (grades, grade level, section, advisor, etc) of the student
Generate Report Card, Form-137
Compute Averages
Some reports (Individual, Class-wide, School wide)
Database should be able to hold at least 1M student records at a time
