Scale Glicko-2 for team games

I need someone to implement the Glicko-2 algorithm for me in Ruby or Python but it needs to scale up for team games. I need it to be able to be easily understood and well documented. You can read more about this here: http://www.glicko.net/glicko/glicko2.pdf
