Satellite Image Classification: CNN-ESN Hybrid deep learning Model

I'm seeking a Python developer with a strong understanding of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Echo State Networks (ESN). The task at hand is to develop a model that uses both CNN and ESN for classifying satellite images.

Key Project Requirements:
- Develop an innovative hybrid image classification model using CNN and ESN.
- The model will classify satellite images to identify different types of terrain.
- Additionally, the model should create a customized library that can store the weight adjustments and biases for later implementation.
- Resourcefulness in gathering a dataset of labeled satellite images for training the model is expected, as currently, a prepared set does not exist.
