Key Project Requirements:
- Develop an innovative hybrid image classification model using CNN and ESN.
- The model will classify satellite images to identify different types of terrain.
- Additionally, the model should create a customized library that can store the weight adjustments and biases for later implementation.
- Resourcefulness in gathering a dataset of labeled satellite images for training the model is expected, as currently, a prepared set does not exist.
