I have almost completed the project but I am getting an issue(in the Upload report part check the attached video) I want to resolve this issue on the medical test report uploading part, It is not able to read any report, I have done the code but it is not working due to some issues in code I want it should read medical test report and send it to the user(check video) and host it on any free hosting websites like Github or any other.

Attached medical report images also check with them or download any other sample CBC test from google
