Sample Flask / Python MSSQL-Website

I need a sample website and sample MSSQL database connected with flask / python (secure connection). You need to show few rows and a few columns from database in website like name, email, date created (in rows and columns as in table). The website does not need to be fancy and you can use simple css / html. Use only python, html, css and flask. Create separate files for css, html, connection etc.
