Sales Management System Development

Project Overview:

Develop a web system to manage sales and purchase relationships between broker offices, sellers, and buyers.

Technologies: Next.js (React) frontend + FastAPI (Python) backend, integrated with a DBISAM database via ODBC.

Core Required Tasks:

Connect FastAPI backend to DBISAM (replace all static/mock data with real database queries).

Refactor frontend Next.js services into separate files (auth, products, reports, etc.).

Implement real JWT session/page protection and authentication.

Set up a production-ready backend (Docker or Gunicorn + Uvicorn).

Add full user roles/permissions support in both backend and frontend.

Ensure complete CRUD for all main entities (products, users, reports...).

Write or update documentation (README, .env.example, deployment/setup guide).

Enhance user experience (loading states, translated notifications, error handling).

Timeline:

The project must be completed within 10 working days maximum.

Requirements:

Solid experience with Next.js, FastAPI, and database integration via ODBC.

Clean, well-documented code using environment variables only (no hardcoded secrets).

Daily progress reporting or frequent check-ins.

Deliver a fully working version, ready for production or staging testing.

Language:

All user interfaces are in Arabic (RTL), but technical communication can be in Arabic or English.
