SaaS Platform

I am looking for a professional software developer to create a cloud-based SaaS platform for the tech industry. This platform should be able to automate bulk actions on on LinkedIn i.e. send connection request, message, etc. It has to be able to create campaigns and automate all the actions like Step 1: Send Connection, Step 2: Send Message, Step 3: Endorse 1 skill etc. The tool will also have to be able to import prospect from LinkedIn to the tool itself and scrap the information from their LinkedIn profile such as "First Name", "Company" and "Language".

I am open to different technology or language for development, but would prefer to use either Java, Python, or .NET. I am looking for someone experienced in developing high quality, secure, and reliable SaaS platforms.
