SQL Query, Python Pandas (Need it ASAP)

I need a sql (MSSQL server) query to update some data from one table to other. See sample files. Master file needs to be updated from slave where column matches. You can also use python pandas (pyodbc) to accomplish results. If you don't have skill set for SQL then just give me code to update pandas dataframe. I can move dataframe to sql.
