SMTP Script Developer for Go Daddy

I'm looking for a SMTP script developer to help me with my project. The script needs to be able to send emails, track email delivery, and handle bounces and unsubscribes. My preferred programming language is Python, and I also need the script to be integrated with my email marketing software.
