SMTP Scanner Multithreads + socks

I need a smtps scanner that check smtps in multitreads using socks

I need that software read smtp:port list from url and socks list from url.
after that start checking if send mail in multi thread. one thread for one smtp.

my priority is make this software in Go but im open to this in other language.
