SMS Chatbot Using Signalwire

Hi I need a chatbot created using python with Signalwire (or a different platform if they have better features/pricing)

I need it to send sms messages out and then I need a space where I can customize the code for incoming messages.

I really just need this framework from you and I will handle the customizations.

Tell me your timeframe and price for this. (Sooner the better)
