SELENIUM WEB DRIVER IP ROTATION PYTHON

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in using Selenium Web Driver with IP rotation in Python. The purpose of the project is to test website functionality under different IP addresses. I already have a list of IP addresses to use, so the freelancer will not need to provide them. The targeted websites are of medium complexity, with login functionality.
