SEC EDGAR Financial Data Extraction Python

I'm looking for a proficient Python developer with experience in data extraction, specifically from the SEC EDGAR database. The primary goal of this project is to create a Python script that can extract financial statements from the SEC EDGAR database and save them in structured formats.
Key requirements include:
- Strong expertise in Python, particularly in data extraction libraries.
- Able to find and modify open-source projects that are usable for this project
- Able to use GPT prompts with data inputs to clean and extract complex data
- Familiarity with the SEC EDGAR database
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Experience in saving data in JSON and SQL formats
- Can use Mamba for py environment standardization and Github effectively
