Running GCAM model through python gcamwrapper

I'm seeking an expert to assist with building GCAM v6.1 and installing the Python gcamwrapper on my AWS Windows instance.
Key Details:
- I have an AWS Windows instance that is up and running, with administrator access.
- The project specifically involves the latest GCAM version, 6.1.
- I would like someone that helps installing python gcamwrapper because I want to access GCAM from python (spyder) to change the inputs, run the model and query the output all from spyder
