Running and Explaining code

I have a project on Github. I need software engineer to help me download, run and explain the code. the project is about Eye Gaze detection and and head pose classification. It's very simple. I need someone who speaks proper English and good communication skills. Also, help me choose the best code for this project with maximum accuracy and less runtime because it's a real time project. The project is done using Python and OpenCV.
