Run a machine learning model done by 3rd party
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need someone to run and walk me through a model developed within the RSNA challenge for intracranial hemorrhage on Kaggle:

The code for the prize winners are all in Github. For example we need to run the code for the 1st place winner:

The models have been trained and are also available, to my understanding here:

The task is to extract the preprocessing code, aggregate the AI model and run an example and explain it to us.
